It's a gorgeous looking movie , but I was more satisfied seeing Proyas' visuals in the service of greater substance in DARK CITY.
The costume in the comics I could see him making, or even assembling from Halloween costumes (similar to the way Miguel O'Hara got his costume in SPIDER-MAN 2099), but the one in the movie seemed a weee bit too complicated for a teenager to sew or even assemble.
